1. Leprechaun Days at Canterbury Village
Don’t miss out on the annual tradition! The perfect St. Patrick’s Day celebration for the whole family! Those tricky leprechauns are headed back to Canterbury Village for our yearly St. Patrick’s Day celebration! They’ll be scattering their lucky coins all over the grounds and as usual we need help finding them! Explore the village and collect up to 10 coins. Bring them back to participating shops and collect little prizes!
2. Read to a Dog
Monday night come to the library and read to a special therapy dog. They don’t care how fast or how slow you read; they are very patient listeners. You can read one of your books or a library book. The dogs like all kinds of stories.
3. Indoor Family Swim at ORC!
Head to the Orion Rec Center for a fun day at the pool! Splash, play, float, and laugh together in a warm, welcoming space that’s perfect for all ages. It’s a great way to stay active, especially when the weather outside isn’t cooperating. Grab the towels, pack the goggles, and make it a family pool day — no sunscreen required!
4. Open Art Table
Do you like arts and crafts? Monday afternoon, drop in anytime during this program to engage your creative side with a variety of crafts and activities. Some crafts do get messy so please dress accordingly!
5. Big Lit
Tuesday, join your OTPL librarians in this big, huge, and highly interactive program where we reenact stories, lead dances, and other early literacy fun for a bigger crowd!
